B&B at the Fresni's

With my parents coming over for Christmas, one of our tasks was to find them a place to stay. Our own guest room still has no floor (like our bedroom) and is a mountain of paint cans and jumbled extra furniture, so we had to search all around here for interesting places of lodging. Since the Herbignac hotel will be closed for Christmas, we had to turn to B&B's, and our favorite was this one - the Chambre d'Hôtes of M. Fresni in the little village of Marlais. It's about 5 minutes' drive from here, so they'll be close at hand, and the house is hilariously scenic. For the cost of a hotel room, they'll have an entire suite of rooms with a full kitchen, and breakfasts served also! That's Madame Fresni peeking out the door, if you look closely.
